Visitor Information 

Meetings are open to the public and held at the Texas Law Center or at the Supreme Court courtroom. Please check the meetings homepage to confirm the meeting location.

*Please note: the Children's Commission does not provide legal representation, render legal advice, or discuss specific or ongoing cases. 

Before entering the courtroom, visitors must pass through a security check that includes a metal detector and a physical search of bags and briefcases.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the courtroom.

Each meeting notebook is posted online in a printable format prior to the meeting. Visitors are encouraged to print their own copies as very few extra copies are provided.

The Children's Commission is located on the northwest corner of the Capitol Complex in the Tom C. Clark Building.

Street metered parking, both coin and card-swipe, have 3-hour limits at one dollar per hour. A parking ticket is $25.
